Syncing changes step count

Before going to bed I checked my steps, took off the blaze and then I synced it to my phone (iOS most recent update). After syncing, my steps went up by 15, why? I can see a step or two because of the motion of me taking it off and putting it down, but 15?

Hi there @ANoff. Good to see you around! 🙂

What you mention shouldn't really happen but it is not that a big amount of extra steps either. I would recommend just in case... to restart your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right button for 10-15 seconds. Afther that time, your tracker will reboot and then you can try it out and see how it goes when it comes to step counting.

Let me know how it goes!

Similar experience. Got back from 7000 step walk and when I synced the Blaze to my phone, which also counted but didn't have Bluetooth on until syncing, it dropped 800 steps to match the phone.
I would have thought that the Blaze would have precedence over the phone as the phone doesn't always walk with me.

Are you saying that your walk was decreased to 6200 steps, or your total days steps where decreased?
Also do you only have one tracker connected to your account?
