Hello. I own a Fitbit Blaze. He was gifted to my by a friend who used it in connection whit a iPhone. When I received it, yesterday, I disconnected the Blaze from his account, I've connected it to my account, I've setup my connection between the phone and Blaze through the Fitbit app. Then my Blaze started to sync whit my phone and send statistic about my heart rate, steps etc. But he don't even receive notification when I'm not into the Fitbit app. I've tried to figure it out wy.. I restarted my phone, shouted it down for a while.. Same to the Blaze. I've reinstalled the app before I've forgot Ed the Bluetooth connection between phone and blaze. I've entered into the notification settings on my phone and I changed that my phone "do not optimizate baterry consumption" for FitBit app. I checked that the Fitbit app can run in the background... But I don't know what else to do..
To rewrite my insue: if I am in the app, în the home screen of the app, in my upper-right corner, I see my Blaze pictograme and my connections status "connecting". Before a while the signal become green. From that moment if I receive a notification on my phone, it will appear on the Blaze to. But if I just minimize the app on my phone and return to it, the status of my Blaze is again in "connecting" and I have to wait a while that the connection become green. So, if I exit from the app, and do whatever else on my phone or just let it on my desk, I don't receive notification. But as long as I stay on the app I'll receive notification.

Hi @STEGAN, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze losing connectivity to your Huawei P10. Thanks a lot for all that you've already tried to get this resolved. I'd like to help you out!
I'd like to provide some suggestions. You might have already tried some but in case you've not tried some of them, you can do it.
-Give your Blaze a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
-Make sure you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app and the latest version on the OS of your compatible mobile device.
-If you're still having problems, you can try to remove your tracker from the Bluetooth devices. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
-For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Please, let me know if you still need more help after this!
