Hello all,
I am hoping you can help shed some light on my blaze issues. For a few months now I have had issues getting the unit to sync with my device and it would normally be fixed by unpairing and restarting the watch. However this is not working and I have had to forget the watch from my account.
This is very frustrating and I am having battery issues.

Hi there @VillageDan, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having problems getting your Blaze to sync properly to your Fitbit app. I'd like to help you out with this.
You could this time trying to make your phone to forget it from your connected Bluetooth devices. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".
Then, proceed to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
