It's great to see you around @jock21 and @WendyB ! I am sorry for the delayed response.
@jock21 I am glad to assist you with your concern about syncing Fitbit Blaze with your Huawei P30 Pro. Your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, however it might work with the app, but some of the functions might work intermittently.
Our engineering team works hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on the page @WendyB mentioned, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported (https://www.fitbit.com/devices). You can also find useful information in this help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
@WendyB thank you for sharing the link with the list of supported devices!
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I'm in the same boat with my Versa syncing with my Huawei P30 Pro. Is there a timeline on when this is expected to be done?

You keep saying they are working on it but the P30 is a popular phone and 2 months later, nothing. If fitbit can't keep up with current phones then what is the point? At this rate as a loyal fitbit user for over 5 years (and 4 watches cos I've loved them) I am gutted but may have to look at the garmin watches instead.

I've just bought today my first Fitbit product (Inspire HR) and what was my surprise when I opened the app and saw that some functionalities don't have measurements? It is unbelieavable that Huawei P30 Pro (which is the flagship smartphone for one of the biggest tech companies in the world) doesn't have support. This is so nonsense that I didn't even consider the possibility of no compatibility.
I am coming from a 2016 Xiaomi Mi Band 2 that worked out of the box with my P30 Pro (full functionalities).
This is my first experience with Fitbit. I decided to buy one after reading so many good reviews. So far this has been a complete disappointment. Now I will have to return the product and never use Fitbit again. What a frustration...

You keep saying they work really hard but you don't actually give us any answers.
We all worked really hard to pay for our fitbits as well, the least we expect is a proper answer

Is there ever going to be a different answer? My versa and huawei p30 pro were quite happily talking to each other until the recent couple of app updates. I've been a fitbit user since 2012, the versa is my 4th fitbit device. I don't really want to change brands but its looking more and more likely.

Ive recently got a Huawei P30 Pro and it didnt even occur to me to check my Fitbit would be compatible. I wouldve thought it this day and age most techs would sync. I've read this thread and can see this has been an ongoing issue for months with still no advancement! 😞
Ive had a Fitbit for years and currently using a Charge 2. Look forward to hearing when they might be compatible before they lose a lot of customers to Garmin etc

My Ionic is useless now too. The Fitbit compatibility page doesn't have a single Android phone released in 2019, it's ridiculous

P30 will probably be supported when the P40 is released next year and this forum will be flooded by people asking... When will the P40 be supported?.... And the cycle will continue. I'm selling my Ionic as my Fitbit account is linked to a Vitality Health account which has been updating absolutely nothing from the Fitbit App.... Its such a disappointment
