Hello! 

My issue is not that my blaze isn’t syncing with my iPhone, it’s that I don’t want it to.

I want to sync it myself!ive tried cutting off my Bluetooth as well as my “All Day sync” yet it still syncs through the day without me doing anything at all. Are there any other options?

If you want to control when you sync, consider logging out of your app and only log in when you want to sync. Have you tried that? Of course, if you use any phone or text notifications, they wouldn't work unless you're logged in.
