My Blaze's screen keeps turning on without me pressing any buttons. Quickview is turned off and I am not tapping the watch to wake it. This happens very frequently especially when I am jogging. The screen is probably on more than it's off while I jog. It is like the tap to wake feature is far too sensitive and slight movements are makeing the screen turn on. Is it possible to turn the tap to wake feature off? I should mention that the screen will also turn on ini the middle of the night. This has happened several times now wakiing me up.

At this time there is not a way to turn that off.

The screen turning on at night wakes you up?

Yes it does

Mine has done that as well, and since I am very light sensitive when I sleep, it has woken me up too. (My husband thinks I am weird)

Did you ever find a solution. Did you ask for a replacement? Mine does exactly the same thing. QV is off, Rebooted countless times,.. Intermittently turns on without barely touching anything. From folding towels, grabbing the remote, opening a drawer, combing my hair...the normal day to day tasks. I love everything about my Blaze but seeing my display constantly turn on by itself is getting to be very annoying. At the gym it constantly turns on due to the vibrations of the machine or weight movement. What a drag.

mine isn't sensitive enough. I can't flick my wrist right to get it to come on. And have to tap it hard to make it wake. Is there a setting somewhere to adjust this?

I wish there was a setting to turn the bloody tapping off and only make use of the buttons. But no there is no setting to adjust the sensitivity. The swiping works perfect though.

Hello!
I had the same quastion (problem) and the solution is so simple:
Just "double tap" wherever you like apart from the screen. The best place is in the silver frame or in the band near the frame . 😉

It's great to see you around @Giorgos and thanks for the tip. I know there will be people who will find it effective. I know too that it would be great to have an option that can turn off the tracker's display even when the quick view option is off, I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any, I recommend checking our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.
Catch you later.
