My Blaze isn't receiving text or call notifications anymore. It was working great and then stopped all of the sudden. I have double-checked the settings and have turned notifications "on" so I don't know what's going on. Suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @dreese14. If your Blaze is not receiving notifications, I recommend Restarting your tracker and after the restart process follow the Calls/Texts Notifications troubleshoot.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

How do you re-set and will you lose all info on the tracker itself for the day?

A reset is just a hard restart, it should fix any stuck hardware, or misbehaving software, no data is lost. The other thing to try is going into the settings on the Blaze and shutting down, some have reported that this worked when the two button rest didn't.

To reset hold the left and lower right buttons simultaneously for 12-seconds, or until the display shows the Fitbit logo

When your tracker is down how do you turn it back on?

It's great to see you around @1DinaB. Are you having problems receiving your notifications too? If you are, please click the link I provided in my previous post and follow the instructions. Now if you just want to restart your tracker you need to do the following:

1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

2. Let go of the buttons.

This won't delete your information, so don't worry, you can restart your tracker without an inconvenience. If you need anything else, let me know. Woman Happy

If you do power it down then press any button to turn it back on, it also will turn on when connecting it up to charge it.

Thanks, I tried holding the two buttons while on chat with a Fitbit rep this morning and it would not work. I turned off my bluetooth closed app and turned the bluetooth back on, I am now seeing Bluetooth Classic but it will not connect.  Some how I started getting nofications again but then this afternoon I stopped getting them again. When I go to settings on my blaze, bluetooth does not even show and it did before. I am so frustrated.

Blaze used to show in my app under the dashboard at the top and today it does not. Yet it says it is synced.
