I love my fitbit it's literally on at all times. Except for work now because I was gifted a smart watch that I can textend from... I only hope fitbit blaze updates to this extent

I felt the same until 15 months ago for the same reason... reply to texts, pay for things, reply to Skype at work, take calls if my hands are full, customizable watch faces, track sets/reps/weights in gym, etc.

To be honest I'm in the same boat. Now that the Apple Watch is waterproof I'm considering it and getting rid of my Blaze regardless if I have to charge it everyday. Small price to pay to have all those functions. I already have extra power packs with me to charge all my other stuff just in case, so what is one more charge cord.

I use my phone as Fitbit step tracker, and still get to participate in step challenges. Plus the pocket location of my phone means I get more accuate step counts - I get steps while pushing a shopping cart and no false setps from moving arms.

@KiloLima64 I've got a 15 month old Apple Watch, battery life is pretty good, last week I put it on around 6:30am, did 3 hours of exercise tracking using connected gps, and at 11:30pm still had ~25% battery. A quick 20 minute charge before bed means you can do sleep tracking if you want, or use an phone app like Sleep Cycle instead (I'm playing around with Sleep Cycle, much better than wearing a tracker to bed).
