Hi I'm having difficulty syncing my Blaze to my Samsung Galaxy S5. For some reason the time on the Blaze is 5 and a half hours behind my phone and cannot find a way of syncing to resolve this matter. In fact the message shown when trying to connect via bluetooth is Blaze rejected pairing. I've uninstalled and installed app and all the other topics of advise. Can anyone help???
Thanks, Andrew.

As always, the first question relates to how you're trying to add the tracker to your account. Are you using the mechanism to add a new device within the Fitbit app, or are you trying to pair the tracker with the phone only using the built in Bluetooth menu?
If you're not using the app then please do so!

I gave my phone and watch an hour time out. Reloaded and now they are both getting along again. It is stressful when you want instant gratification in the middle of a workout and it won't work. So thankful it is working again.

Hi all,
It seems there was a problem with Android syncing (several other threads about it). Issue lasted 2-3 days. Syncing magically started working again last night around 10 PM...
