Thermometer Symbol on Blaze

Good morning
Yesterday my feetbit blaze was blocked with the thermometer symbol on the screen.
I have already tried to restart by pressing the back button and the bottom button for 10 seconds without any result.
I appreciate your help!

Can you connect to the device from the phone app? Or plug it into a computer and use that app?  From there you can see if it syncs.  

Also, the reboot sequence is to press the 2 buttons on the right side together for 10 seconds.

Thanks a lot for the help.

There is no connectivity between the device and the App on the phone or computer.

I also cannot restart the device using the indications that you it suggests.
