Thermometer frozen symbol

My Fitbit has come up with a cold thermometer symbol a few times now. It hasn't been cold when this has happened so I am unsure why it continues to happen. Does anyone have any idea?

If it happens a gain you should take a picture. Are you sure its not the battery level?

 

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
