Hi. My blaze updated yesterday and today it went to the Fitbit logo and now there is nothing on the screen but the screen lights up but is blank? My phone isn’t picking up my Fitbit either? It was working fine 1 minute and now it’s as if the screen has gone. I’m devastated 😭 I’ve got the blaze version btw. Thank you xx

In the hope that it might just be a software glitch I would try restarting your Blaze:
Give this a couple of tries as it sometimes doesn't work.
If that doesn't bring it back to life then it's probably a hardware issue and you should contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
