Third-Party App notifications in Fitbit app shows empty

Hello,

 

Ever since a few Fitbit App updates ago, the section where you can chose Third-Party apps notifications to be sent to the Blaze no longer shows anything... but I still continue to receive notifications from apps I previously allowed.

 

I tried deleting and re-installing the Fitibit app, but that hasn't changed anything so far.

 

Anyone else had a similar problem?

I'm sorry you're not able to see the list of third party apps to get notifications from, that sounds very strange...

 

I know this might sound strange, but I'd like to make sure that you're using a compatible device. If you don't know if your phone is compatible, you can check that here. I just checked my Fitbit app and went into the notifications and then, the App notifications and I am able to see all the apps on my phone I'm getting notifications from. I have an iPhone 7.

 

Thanks a lot for uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also, just to be sure, once you've checked that your phone is compatible, make sure that you've updated the Fitbit app to the latest version and also that the OS on your phone is up to date.

I am running iOS 11.3 on a 32gb iPhone 7. Both the OS and the Fitbit app are up to date.

 

The thing is, I cannot tell exactly when the app started to behave like this because this is not an option I check very often, but when I went there to make a change well every third-party app were gone. And still are today!

 

But like I said, I still receive notifications on my Blaze of those I chose before!

 

I'm wondering if somewhere down the line an iPhone option got switched off or something and it affected its notifications...
