Time won't synch

My phone says it's paired to my Blaze but the time won't update. How do I get it to update the time?

How have you paired it? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app rather than the phone's bluetooth settings. Once it syncs via the app the time should reset itself. 

 

Have you been through the setup process ok and does it seem to be syncing in the app?

My blaze Fitbit is not syncing. Last time it sync was 4th of August. Help

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

On the Blaze there is only the one button on the left side!

It says battery empty but the attery on the fit is full
Could that be the problem why it wonnt sync with the phone
