I've noticed that my Blaze no longer tracks my heart rate during exercise or resting. The green light is off. I've followed previous users solutions of "turning off heart rate, force syncing, turn on heart rate, force sync and auto heart rate force sync," along with shutdown with no real success.
This is 3rd Fitbit (3 different models) that doesn't do what it's supposed to after some months. I'm losing faith in Fitbit as a brand.

Hi, I never did get additional help with this. After several resets it came on again, however I now have additional issues.

It is weird to hear that you haven't received any news from our support team, have you checked your spam folder to see if a reply is there? Also, which are the new issues you are experiencing with your Fitbit?
