This happens every time the battery runs completely out.
Plugging it into the computer and syncing it with the windows app worked for me.

Best AnswerAfter you have charged it fully press left and bottom right buttons in at same time ( hold for 8-10 seconds) or until Fitbit logo shows on screen.

Normally just opening the app will initiate a sync.

Best Answer@KGRACE2017 just a note, the only way to delete your account is by asking customer service to delete it for you.
@Clears if you go to the top right of the page you will see Options. Click/tap this and in the drop down menu tap on Unsubscribe .
As mentioned above @WyomingGal you need to sync your Blaze. Just like most clocks your tome is lost when the power dies on the blaze.
