I travel every week. My FitBit Blaze won't update the time zone, even though my phone updates immediately. I've searched the forums and tried many of the suggestions, but they don't seem to fix the problem so that it updates without intervention from me.

Hi there @MrHope. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not updating t he time as it should 😕
The time on your tracker should update everytime you sync your tracker. If the time on your phone is correct, the time on your Blaze should appear correctly as well once it syncs.
There are two things I can suggest, the first one would be to restart your Blaze and then, set it up as a new device.
For restarting your tracker, you just need to press the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Make sure to sync your tracker everytime you change locations and see if this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi there @Cosby. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're also having problems with the time on your tracker not showing correctly 😕
I'd recommend going to the Fitbit app, then go to the Account section by tapping on the icon at the top right corner of the app. From here, go down to Advanced Settings and when you find the option that says Time Zone, make sure that it's set to Automatic, this way, it should automatically update with your phone's time zone. If that doesn't work, you can also choose the region manually and see if that helps.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

Does your phone have service in India?
Also, go into your Fitbit app, then go to the Account section by tapping on the icon at the top right corner of the app. From here, go down to Advanced Settings and when you find the option that says Time Zone, make sure that it's set to Automatic, this way, it should automatically update with your phone's time zone. Or you can set it manually there too I believe.
