To whom should I send my Fit Bit Blaze?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fit Bit Blaze has stopped syncing to my phone.  I'm so sick of all the trouble this device has in doing even the simple things it is advertised to do.  I've never been able to control music from the device as advertised, and now it seems this silly thing cannot even provide me the correct time because it can no longer sync to my phone.  Is there any way I can just send this back to Fit Bit.  I don't want to hassle over reimbursement, I just don't want to waste any more time in trying to get it to work.

Very, very disappointed.

@Airbounce  you can't just return the Blaze without an authorization. Click to read more about the return and warranty policy.

Returns are best if you take it to the place of purchase, but only within their time frame. Some places are fourteen days, some fifteen days or thirty, but Fitbit's online site gives you forty-five days.

Beyond that, the warranty kicks in and if there is a problem, the device is replaced after appropriate troubleshooting.

Have you gotten with support? This is the community forum and as such, offers advice. You'll need to talk with support before returning the device.

Looking at your 4 posts @Airbounce it looks like you havent read the manual or the quick start guide, that is found int the app under account - help - auick start guide.

The manual may be found in Fitbits interacive online help guide at https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_blaze_en_US.pdf

The link to the help guide may be found below as "Help" and is at help.fitbit.com

Dear Rich, thank you four response. I have had a number of interactions
about this issue with tech help at fitbit, I have gone through the "
manual" such that it is, a number of times, and have worked with
individuals in the community about this issue. All in all I have spent more
time trying to troubleshoot the Blaze device as opposed to actually using
it.

Frankly I am disappointed and feel I would be better served at this point
in tossing the thing and treating the $200 spent as the worst expenditure
of money in a long time.
