Too many issues...

What good does it do to set all day sync when I have to manually start a sync every single time I open the app?!?! I'm getting really sick and tired of the issues with my Blaze and I feel like putting bad reviews out on Facebook. Does anyone else have these (or multiple) issues? Several times I've had issues where it couldn't find or sync my Blaze for 3 or 4 days! I've finally figured out that I have to make sure my app has beer updated on the play store, restart my Blaze and then restart my phone. That can be very inconvenient and a pain in the neck if I have a few things open on my phone that I'm working on and don't want to have to restart it right then or else have to wait days for it to sync with the app. Also, why should I have to have my location on my phone turned on for it to stnc?!?! There's no reason for that! I don't like to keep my location on my phone turned on, and before you criticize me for being paranoid, A) I do have a right to feel that way without your judgement, and B) it makes my phone battery run down twice as fast. And don't get me started on the issue that they changed it so your sleep shows today's results on every day! If there are so many others who also say that's downright stupid, it should be fixed! I think y'all should start doing things with the customers and their desires in mind!!!!!!!

Hi there @pah04. Good to see you in the Forums!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Fitbit Blaze 😕

When it comes to your tracker not syncing even if All day sync is turned it... It does sync with All day sync enabled. It is that it will automatically sync every 15-20 minutes and  that's the reason why you might not see the information updated immediately. Anyways, whenever you access your app, it will automatically sync without a problem. If you feel you're also having problems with this, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Now, for your location to be enabled. You don't really need to have this turned on for your tracker to sync. Your phone will only use this when you record a run/walk/hike on your phone for getting the GPS map or also if you start any of  these activities from your tracker. Otherwise, you can have the location on your phone turned off.

Hope this answers your questions and if you need more help, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
