I got the Fitbit Blaze for Christmas. I am suddenly having the “tracker not found” message when trying to sync it with my Android phone AND my iPad. I know it’s working because I can see the steps and flights of stairs registering. I have tried restarting the tracker, but just get the message “all caught up” when I press and hold the left and right bottom buttons. I’ve also tried restarting my apps and my devices, but nothing is working. Help!!

It's great to see you around @K9dancer.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

Thanks for getting back to me. It eventually DOES sync. I am guessing the problem is when I try to sync it on my iPad and my phone is near by and they both have bluetooth enabled? It seems that when I take the phone into another room, it will sync. I don't want to turn off the bluetooth on the iPad because it would disable my keyboard. Tech stuff just gives me a headache. LOL Anyway, I seem to be getting there.
