Tracker not found by phone bluetooth

I discovered just now (May 18) that my fit bit blaze had not synced since May 4th. I tried to sync and it was saying "tracker not found." I unpaired my fit bit blaze with my phone's Bluetooth and tried to pair it again but my phone is not detecting my fit bit blaze. What do I do (I've only had it for almost a year)?

The best thing to try is to restart your phone and then restart your fitbit by:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Hopefully this will get it syncing again. Note though that the Blaze only has enough internal memory to store up to 7 days detailed data between syncs. After that it starts to hold data at a daily summary level. So, when you get it going again your data may look strange.
