I've had the Blaze for a year now. I've never had any trouble with it. The battery completely drained down today- which I have never let it do. I have had it on the charger for 2 hours and it still won't come on. I have tried cleaning it, making sure it is connected well and changing the power source- none have helped. Is this a normal time for the Blaze to take to get back a charge?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Amandajanec! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not charging properly. Whenever you put it in the charger, doesn't it show anything at all? Does it even light up at all?
If it does, it could be that the charger is not working correctly. Now, if it doesn't even react when you put it to charge, it could be your tracker.
Have you tried plugging it to other power sources? Maybe the wall directly using a USB wall adapter could help.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

If my Blaze has shutdown because of a low battery, and if it was hours before i was able to charge. Yes it might be on the charger 2-3 hours before the Blaze shows any life.
