Tracking Exercise option on Blaze

Does using the tracking exercise option on Blaze double the steps and calories burned on my daily totals?   Or does the results from the tracking option override the "non-tracked" totals.   I'm concerned I'm somehow doubling my numbers?    (Sorry if this is confusing).

The event tracker sets this time apart and allows you to see it in greater detail.

Your tracker is always tracking.

So the numbers I see after using the option are accurate? I don't have to
be concerned with doubling my counts?

Sorry. Didn't mean to save this as solved.

I just want to make sure my numbers are accurate while tracking my workouts.

A warm welcome to the Community @Matesmom and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

For me the information that the SmartTrack feature provides is really accurate, I use it while playing volleyball and it tracks all the exercise without an inconvenience. If you are using this feature, don't worry, your information will be accurate.
