Does using the tracking exercise option on Blaze double the steps and calories burned on my daily totals? Or does the results from the tracking option override the "non-tracked" totals. I'm concerned I'm somehow doubling my numbers? (Sorry if this is confusing).

Sorry. Didn't mean to save this as solved.
I just want to make sure my numbers are accurate while tracking my workouts.

A warm welcome to the Community @Matesmom and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
For me the information that the SmartTrack feature provides is really accurate, I use it while playing volleyball and it tracks all the exercise without an inconvenience. If you are using this feature, don't worry, your information will be accurate.
Catch you later. ![]()
