Today I used my new Blaze to record my walk on the treadmill. When I started I selected Treadmill exercise option from the device and went about my merry way. I finished, took a shower, and when I actually check the FitBit app on my phone for the stats on the walk, it decided to record the exercise as a run, which triggered the gps setting destroying my miles since I was stationary. Is this a bug?

Hi there @DanteMiles. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
This is kind of tricky. You did a run on the treadmill, that's for sure but you were really stationary as you mention. In this situation, I think the best option would have been to categorize your activity as "Treadmill" specifically as this will optimize your data and will not mess up your distance as it's been designed especifically for that. The Run option is better for instances where you are really running across a real route and not just in one place so keep this in mind for the next one and I'm pretty sure that will work.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know and I'll be glad to help!

If the GPS was turned on, then you should see a map, with a red line that looks more like something a 2 year old would scribble.
