Hello all,
I'm quite desperate so I'm looking for some help.
I just bought 5 hours ago a Fitbit Blaze...So excited about that!! Then comes the drame : no way to make it work!!
I'm stuck with the setup screen!!
I first tried to install it with my laptop but at some point, software want me to connect a dongle...and I can't do anything else If I don't connect it...Thing is : there is no dongle sold with Blaze!! 😞
So I tried then to connect it directly with my Iphone 5C...Unfortunately, no luck as well. What really bothers me here is that my Iphone 5C is not capable to detect Blaze with Bluetooth...But surprise : my laptop is capable to detect it with Bluetooth.
I'm going crazy and above all, frustrated.
Any helo would be much appreciated.

I'd say that if you'd like to set up your tracker on your computer, make sure you have the latest Fitbit Connect Software version. For this, you can unisntall your current Fitbit Connect program and downlowad it again from fitbit.com/start. Then it shouldn't ask you to plug the dongle but the charging cradle which will help you set up your tracker. Try doing that and afterwards, try to log in to your Fitbit accoung on your iPhone 5C and see if it syncs, it shouldn't give you any problem after it's all set.

Yes it’s aweful. This is my second day trying and I’ve followed all their instructions and the app gets stuck searching for the device. Feel like returning it!
