Trying to Set Up New Device on Huawei P20

Hi there, new to the forum because up until now I haven't had any issues with my Fitbit!

 

Was previously using my Fitbit Alta with my Huawei P20 and had no issues setting it up or having it sync to my phone.

 

My boyfriend has now given me his Blaze (unlinked it from his phone and account etc) but when I try to set this up on my phone, it won't let me scroll or accept the Privacy Policy to continue with the set up. 

 

Please tell me there is a way to fix this?

I'm glad to hear that you were previously using a Fitbit Alta and now you have a Fitbit Blaze. 

 

I appreciate that you mentioned the phone you're using. I would like you to log out from your account and force quit the app. After this, try performing the set up procedure again. 

 

Additionally, I've noticed that the Huawei P20 isn't listed as supported and this might be the reason why it might not fully work. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features.
