Sometimes when I'm in the middle of a run, the lap button is accidentally pressed. I understand that there is no way to deactivate this button. I think there should be. However, when I'm done with the workout and I go to the exercise details on my phone, I'm no longer able to see my mile splits. Instead, the accidental lap is displayed. I know that these mile splits are not somehow "erased". Because when I log into my fitbit account on a computer, I can see both the accidental lap and the mile splits. For some reason the iOS version will not display both of these details.
But, let's forget about this accidental button pressing for a minute. Lets say that I purposefully press a lap button. I would still want to be able to see my mile splits and my laps displayed in the exercise details. I think this is a software design/user experience problem. I'm asking that both laps and mile splits be displayed on the iOS app in the same way that they are displayed on the web account.

@blairleish Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I'll be happy to clarify your question about splits and laps. The lap button that you're seeing in your Blaze will show only if your cues are off. However, if you manually set them before starting the exercise you'll receive these splits while exercising. You can change them by changing the "Show laps" settings to off or to automatically depending in the information you want to see.
If after this you're still not receiving the splits you're setting, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're getting in the iOS app and in your Dashboard.
Keep me posted!
