Trying to sync Blaze, wireless dongle not recognized

My Blaze has not synced since 7 Oct.  when I plugged it in to charge.  My One has not synced since 14 Oct.  Every time I try to sync either my Blaze or my One, I am instructed to plug in my wireless dongle.  The problem is: my wireless dongle is plugged in already.  I have tried moving the dongle to a different USB port and have tried 3 different dongles all with the same result.

 

I have tried to reset both devices following the troubleshooting guide, have turned each one off and on multiple times.  Sometimes the One will sync for a period of 2 or 3 days then refuse to sync anymore. 

 

I am afraid to uninstall the devices or the software as it seems that my wireless dingle is not being recognized.  I am running a Windows 7 computer.

 

Any help here would be appreciated. I have had my One since 20 July 2014 and the Blaze since Oct. 2016.

It's great to see you here @ArheasnFit-50. First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your trackers are not syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
