Blaze screen showing Fitbit logo

The touchscreen does not show the clock as a home screen. It goes blank and again it shows Fitbit logo if started again. The screen does not follow any touch instructions.

A warm welcome to the Community @NILIMA. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
