Two Gmail addresses; only receiving notifications for one.

I have two Gmail addresses, one personal and one for business. I am only receiving notifications for one (personal).  Is there a setting or solution that will allow me to receive notifications for both? Thanks.

A warm welcome to the Community @PatBas. Actually, you will be receiving notifications to the email address you used to paired your tracker. There isn't an option to receive notifications to multiple mail accounts. I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any, please visit our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.

How are you retrieving your second email address. Do you log out of the app, then log in to the second address. 

Your email program sends its notifacations for the address it is logged into.

Some email apps can be setup to retrieve email from multiple email addresses, you might have to find one of these. 

 

Alternatively your personal gmail account could be set to also retrieve your buisness email. These would show up under its own folder.
