Hi,

My Fitbit is giving me 2 different graphs for my sleep and I was wondering if anyone knows why? One day is wiggly lines and the next is straight lines?

I still ocaisional get a rogue second sleep log, and might last from waling up to my last sync of the day. It shows a deep undesturbed sleep of the old style, a deep solid blue.

Hello, I have got my Blaze since 9th of June and used it 24/7 exept in the (shower)
I am really satisfied with the Blaze and log everything to loose weight if it wasn´t for the sleep function..
Everything works really well exept the sleep log, It either it shows two sleep logs or just one sleep log saying that I have only been sleeping 2-3 Hours a night, Sometimes it sais, "could not create a sleep log with the same" name when I open the sleep log in the morning?
I have trried ALL, the tips and tricks from reading hundreds of similar complaints about the sleep tracker, changed from Sensitive to normal, reset the Blaze several times, tighten the strap an used it over the wrist bone as recomended, reinstalled the app, manually said when going to sleep and when going up, Come on Fitbit!
I also work in the IT industry, either there is a HW problem on your sensors or there is a sw fault, do you have focus on fixing this issue?,
I had a Sony Smartband 2 before buying the Blaze it even regisered a 10 minute powernap in the sofa automatically. When is the next SW release on the Blaze ready? and will you provide release notes to the user? Best regards Hakan L Sweden

The Night divided in to 2 separate sleep logs
00:12-03:16 New sleep Log with REM Sleep etc.
03:17-04:29 Nothing
04:30-08:20 Old Sleep Log

Saturday="Lördag" in Swedish

The Night divided in to 3 separate sleep logs

01:08-01:36 Old sleep log

01:37-04:23 Nothing
04:24-06:34 Old sleep log
06:34-08:04 Nothing
08:05-09:06 Old Sleep log

Sunday=Söndag in Swedish
2 separate Sleep Logs

01:23-04:52 Old sleep log
04:53-07:51 Nothing
07:52-09:38 Old sleep log

Monday=Måndag in Swedish
Only One Sleep log for the whole night.

As you can see there is total inconcistancy in the way the sleep tracker behaves.

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner, thanks for the information provided and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

Keep in mind that in order to have all the Blaze features, your phone needs to be compatible. If you haven't checked this information, I recommend taking a look at our list of compatible mobile devices. Also, have you compare this information with another device?

Hello, everything works perfect after dowloading version 2.37 for iOS which Firbit released 5th of July.

I knew that it was a sw problem.

thanks for fixing it, if there is a release note for 2.37, I'm happy to read it.
