Hi, my USB charger must be faulty as it keeps saying USB port not recognised. Took it into work and it says the same thing on works computer. Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) Any ideals ?. Have had blaze for about 9 months

I believe the charging cable is covered by the warranty and you will still be within cover so I recommend contacting customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com
