Unable to access existing account

Please help!

I was following advice about trying to get my notifications back.

I came off blue tooth, closed down phone and disconnected my app from my blaze.

I am now trying to set the app up again but it won't let me using my existing email address.

I have tried resetting password (using laptop) but I still cannot get back into the app.

I do not want to lose all of my data by deleting the app and trying again.

Can anyone help please?

Hello @WrightKatie when you open the app you should have two options. 

Create a Fitbit account

Log into your Fitbit account. 

Are you sure your logging in and not creating? 

Also you say Fitbit won't let you, but have not posted why you say it won't let you. What does Fitbit tell you? Account exists, wrong email or password?

Hi there @WrightKatie. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I think you're creating a new account and that's why it won't let you proceed. Please try to force quit the app, then open it again and you should have two option, one that says Join Fitbit and another one to log in. Choose Log In and use your existing email address and password and you should be able to access your account and all your information should be there.
