Unable to change calorie count goal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought my Blaze a few days ago and have upgraded to the premium account. Since this upgrade I am no longer able to change my calorie count goal. Right now it is set very high and I would like to change it to my normal goal. I can't seem to fix the problem via the normal routes and it is grayed out as an option to change on the dashboard. Any help would be great!

Thanks

Wish it was that easy. I have altered it several time on the mobile app and
it just resets. On the dashboard on the computer version it is grayed out
and I can not change it.

@Beta13 If you send a PM to Erick he will check it out and you will get a 6 months free extension of your Premium Trial to allow Fitbit to fix the problem..

This will allow you to edit the Trainer Cals goal and correct your Actual Calories Burned Goal..

@Colinm39@Beta13

Thank you. I was able to edit the goal on the dashboard! It just kept going up without me knowing.. I like to have the goals and try to get there but I need to be ready for it.
