Hello....
I am unable to change the plan start date either on my IOS app or via the dashboard on a PC. I know how to do it - that isn't the issue - but every time I change the date it just changes back again.
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, clearing all cookies in my browser and retrying on the dashboard, various browsers etc and I still cannot get the date to hold.
Any ideas?

I’ve just updated the app. I still had to change the start date twice for it to actually change but it’s worked. Maybe check if your app needs updating too? I hope it works for you too,

Thanks for the replies.
I'd deleted the app and the re downloaded so I've definitely got the most up to date version - and you'd have thought that I would have been able to correct the date via the dashboard (PC) whether I have the app or not?
I'll keep trying just the same....
