Hi,
In the past week or so, I am still receiving my text notifications on my Blaze but when I scroll down to the bottom, I no longer see a CLEAR button to clear all the messages. Is there something I can di to reset this? My Blaze is at version 8.402.1.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to clear your notifications. I suggest you to restart your Blaze following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
