Unable to communicate with blaze

Hi, ive got a new blaze, ive charged it,  the screen says fitbit.com/setup 

Ive uploaded the app, gone through the set up but when i try to sync, my phone says error unable to communicate.

Ive tried pressing the left and bottom right buttons, nothing happens

Ive tried turning off my bluetooth and retrying

Nothing 

I dont have a laptop.

Please help. Ive read everything on here. 

Surely it shouldn't be this hard?

Welcome to the Forums @Ninapixiedust. I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze not connecting to your Fitbit app.

First, I'd recommend restarting it making sure you're doing it the right way. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Once you've done this, go ahead and set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
