I have tried every step eight times in the last three days. The Versa Lite just won’t update, no matter what I try. This is what is pushing me to just get rid of my Fitbit and go to the Apple or Garmin watch. I have had Fitbit for 4 years, but these software updates make my Fitbit useless. Unless you can provide an update that actually works Fitbit, you owe me a refund of $149.99. This is the second Blaze 2 that I have had to replace because of your software updates that do not work.
