Unable to connect via bluetooth

Hi All,

Just got my firtst Fitbit Blaze and I am trying to connect the same via bluetooth with my android phone oneplus 5. However, it simply cant pair although my mobile recognises Blaze. Can anyone help please?

Is one plus5 not compatiable with fitbits?

@Hemu, what error are you seeing, and what step of the setup process fails?

 

You can not setup your tracker using the phones , you need to use 5ye app.

You say you can not connect @MaverickVerma but haven't mentioned what type of error you get, or at what step it fails. 

 

Or you trying to get the tracker to sync with your app, or are you setting the tracker up for the first time?

Thanks for replying back...

I got this resolved by resetting the Fitbit and then connecting it with the Fitbit application first, before connecting with the Bluetooth and it works!
