HI to all.
I receive the Blaze as a gift. After i charge it, if i remove it from the docking, i would not be able to see the screen. Is there anything i can do? tried to restart but cannot even see the screen. It is just blank but if i connect to the docking i would be able to see that it is working with fully charge battery

You can do a 'hard reset' by holding the left button and the bottom right button at the same time, the Fitbit logo should appear at which time you an release the buttons.
