I purchased a new phone, and downloaded the new IOS 11 yesterday. I have spent most of my morning trying to set up my Blaze on my phone, to no avail. I cannot get my phone to recognize my fitbit. I have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my Bluetooth off and on, restarted the Blaze, all done several times. I still cannot get the Blaze to sync. I have a full charge on my phone, on the Blaze, and a strong wifi signal. I am beyond frustrated.

If your old phone is still on and paired with the fitbit this will be the issue.
Un pair it from your old phone.

@cwyskowski I would like some clarification on what is ment by "Can't get the phone to recognize my tracker". Did you lesve out any error message? Like "Blaze rejects bluetooth?
Are you following the setup procedure and using the app?
