Unable to sync Fitbit blaze

Due to some reason my fitbit stopped synching with my phone . I tried uninstalling the app and again pair the device .It seems that now the device itself is not being paired at all!!!! I tried several times by uninstalling the app again nd again and also on different phones but still it failed to pair my device.Any help will be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not syncing to your device 😕 

 

From what you mentioned, I didn't see you trying to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

 

After you've restarted your tracker a couple of times, try to set it up as a new device on your phone. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

 

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
