Unable to update

Got this error when trying to update. I uninstall the app but it didn’t work. 

com.fitbit.HTTP erreur 404

It's great to welcome you @Leolo, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If you are having issues updating your tracker, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After this process, check this post and follow the instructions provided there. Now, if you continue having this issue, please provide me with a screenshot of the error you are seeing.
