Unknown Caller I.D.

I am using a Google Pixel with Android Pie and now all contact calls come in as "unknown". I have reset phone and reinstalled app and the problem is still there.

This is a known bug that fitbit are aware of and are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread which has their latest updates:
