I got mine last night when I woke up for work (I work 3rd shift). Saw the update on my phone, synced it, had the update install while I was in the shower getting ready, by the time I was done getitng dressed, watch is updated. Love the new watchfaces.

The 17.8.301.4 update is no more that is why you are not receiving it.. Those who state that they got their update since Slept 22 actually got 17.8.301.7.

I still haven't received the update either. I'm constantly refreshing this forum and it seems like a ton of people have theirs already. After the syncing issues I had with my Flex back in January I brought it back, then I went out and got a tablet and phone before I bought another Fitbit in case it was because of Fitbit Connect and the computer, because customer service was being shady and wouldn't tell us what was going on. Now I have another Fitbit and I'm not getting the update we were promised. I've been waiting all month for this update! I tried downloading Fitbit Connect again and realized my Blaze didn't come with the stupid dongle that you need, so now I'm stuck here waiting and waiting and waiting for this update that's never going to come. FML. haha
