My Blaze won't update. I've fully charged it, left Bluetooth on, and kept it by the phone. What should I try next? Thank you.

Have you told the app to start the download? Or what kind of error if any are you seeing? Has the update even started?

My fitbit is not updating as well. I have uninstalled the app (no luck); I have installed the app on an iPhone (updating without issues); I have deleted my Blaze from my app (Galaxy phone). New installation on my Galaxy doesn't even find the tracker. I've tried every trouble shooting idea online with negative results - what's next?
