Hey guys,
I've seen this problem mentioned, but didn't see a solution yet. I'm on a PC running windows 10 and I'm trying to use the app. My Blaze is fully charged, sitting in its dock and is plugged into my PC. It is consistently giving me the message fitbit.com/setup on the screen, save when it vibrates and gives me my 4 digit code. I can successfully add it to my account all the way through the 4 digit code ect. until I reach the dreaded update. I start the update, it says its looking for the tracker, then it says updating tracker for just a few seconds before I get the error "Could not complete your Fitbit Blaze update". I tried to grind it through for a couple hours thursday and several times last night, but same story every time. Please let me know if I am somehow missing something, or if there is a problem with my device. Thank you.

Thank you! After uninstalling the windows 10 app and reinstalling fitbit connect this is finally updating!

I know this is going to sound Mister Obvious. But have you turned on and off the tracker. I logged in on my phone then shut off my tracker. Then it worked
