I am not receiving my text message notifications but all others.  I was a few months ago and now nothing for at least a month.  What is the latest version of the blaze and how do I make sure I have it to hopefully solve this issue

Hi @123Kimmie   the latest firmware (click) is one thing, but the latest app depends on which phone you have.  iOS and Android app versions vary on the phone and the age of the phone. I have an older app on my Samsung S4 phone (with an older operating system) than I do for my Samsung S8 phone running Android version 9. The more we know, the better to help you.

What's weird is my MacBook says

Firmware version: 17.8.402.1

But my App on my iPhone says version 8.402.1

I have removed the app and Fitbit from my phone, powered it off as well as the Fitbit and reloaded and paired it again.  I don't know updates and all that but it should show the update to click on my phone app from what I have seen on the help links and it's not.  Any idea why my app has a different version and how I fit this.

@123Kimmie  you have the latest firmware for the Blaze. Firmware is something that actually downloads inside your Fitbit. The app version depends on which phone. The latest version of the app available for iOS is 3.9.1 and you need iOS 11+ to get that.
