Are these a thing of the past for the Blaze? Fitbit's extended support for older products seems to be really short as their focus is always on new devices.

Sadly, it's probably so. We can try to ask, but I think too many people upgraded to the Ionic and the Versa, so it will take a lot of votes too get another update.

Those people are going to be in exactly the same position as us in a years time when the next generation of trackers come out. Fitbit's extended support for its trackers is awful. My Blaze is only 16 months old and I feel like I'm just waiting for it to die.

I think next time I'm more likely to invest in an Apple or Android watch as at east they have a longer support life.

I just checked the website and looks like the discontinued or stopped selling the Blaze...  I think they wont be focusing on the Blaze in the future
